CPCA Annual Conference 2016: We’ll Be There, and You Should Be Too

CPCA conferenceThe CPCA annual conference kicks off October 26 in Long Beach, CA and they have an epic lineup for everyone attending. We’ve gathered a few of the highlights for you, but check out the CPCA website for in-depth information.

Not familiar with the CPCA conference? Hosted by the California Primary Care Association, CPCA provides attendees fresh educational content, networking opportunities, and access to cutting-edge expertise. This year’s theme, “Together Towards Tomorrow,” underscores the topics that will be discussed regarding the nation’s healthcare system. The agenda is packed with sessions containing information about patient-based health delivery systems, clinical innovations, and strategic leadership.

However, the most exciting part of the conference this year is, in our opinion, the keynote speaker. CPCA has secured Dr. Bennet Omalu, the inspiration for the 2015 movie Concussion, as the keynote speaker for this year. He is the physician who discovered Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in athletes and others. Dr. Omalu will be speaking on his experience growing up in Nigeria to become one of the most influential people in sports and medicine history. You can grab a signed copy of his book after his speech.

Make the most of this year’s CPCA conference at the eMedApps booth. Cheryl Neapolitan and other members of our team will be demonstrating our innovative new suite of EHR productivity tools to make your EHR smarter, faster and easier. The EHR Operations Dashboard, Batch Write Off Utility, Smart Visit and CCDA Management tools will save your organization time and also money. You can enter our drawing for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card and our team members will stamp your Queen Mary Quest Bingo Card at that time. Queen Mary Quest Bingo cards can be found in your conference bag and give you the opportunity to win an Apple iPad and other awesome prizes.

Register for a demo during the conference.
