  1. HIPAA: eMedApps does not collect or store any Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA.
  2. eMedApps collects the personal information you give us for internal sales purposes only. You can choose not to provide information to us.  The types of information we collect is described below.
  3. We will never sell your information, and we will only share your information as set forth below.
  4. We would be happy to send you copies of your personal information upon request (see below #10).
  5. We will delete your personal information upon request (see below #11)).
  6. We use the information that you provide us to respond to your requests and to communicate with you. If you choose to use a webform, we will record the information you provide.  Additionally, the date/time of submissions and activity history is recorded.
  7. https://emedapps.com/blog/ :  If you choose to comment on our blogs, your name, email address, comment, IP address, the date/time of your comment and the relevant reference to the applicable blog are recorded.
  8. eMail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from eMedApps. Every email you receive from us should have an “unsubscribe” link in the email.  Independently, we will remove you from our email communication list upon request.

Automatic Information: Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers for website analytics; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time; cookie number; and/or the phone number you used to call our contact number.  We may also use browser data such as cookies, flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects), or similar data on certain parts of our website for fraud prevention and other purposes.  During some visits we may use software tools such as Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.  We may also collect technical information to help us identify your device for fraud prevention and diagnostic purposes.
    3. Mobile Devices: Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. Most likely, these controls are located in the device’s settings menu.  If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.
    4. Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We often receive lists of exhibitors, attendees and other participants at industry trade shows and events.

Cookies: Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide certain features.  We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.  Like many websites, we use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses emedapps.com.  The cookies we use work in conjunction with third party website analytics software. That information is used to make future visits to the site more convenient, i.e. by prepopulating forms with existing information.     2. With Your Consent: Other than as set forth above, you will receive a notice if personal information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share that information.
